Q:  What is in your kitchens?

A:  All kitchens have a full sized refrigerator, stove, sink, counter and cabinet space.  Microwave, coffee maker, toaster or toaster oven, all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. 

Q:  Do we need to bring bedding?

A:  All units include all bedding.

Q:  How many parking spots do we have?

A:  Villa Suites and 2 Bedroom units include 1 space.  M3, M5, M7, LS1, and LS2 have 2 spaces allotted.  Penthouse Suite can accommodate up to 2 or 3 cars back-to-back in a private driveway.  Extra spaces MAY be available at $10/auto/night either onsite or in an overflow lot. 

Q:  Is smoking permitted?

A:

In an effort to accommodate everyone's enjoyment here at the Beach Villa, we ask that you follow our smoking policy guidelines:

    • With the exception of specifically designated smoking areas, the Beach Villa campus is NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING.
    • No smoking/vaping inside any room/suite, on or near porches and entrances, or at pool area.
    • There is NO Marijuana smoking/vaping anywhere on site.
    • Dispose of all cigarette butts in appropriate receptacles - Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Q:  When are pets welcomed? 

A:  Pets are welcomed in the off-season (before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend).  Not all units are pet friendly - please inquire to which are when booking.  Please see our Pet Policy and Fees.

Q: Do you have a pool and is it heated?

A: There is a large in-ground pool.  As of this year we are happy to report it is now heated - Average daily temperature of the water is between 80 and 82 degrees!
