Q:  What is in your kitchens?

A:  All kitchens have a full sized refrigerator, stove, sink, counter and cabinet space.  Microwave, coffee maker, toaster or toaster oven, all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans.

Q:  Do we need to bring bed linens or towels?

A:  All bed linens and bath towels are included (This includes the Penthouse Suite starting in 2018!).  Please bring beach towels with you.

Q:  How many parking spots do we have?

A:  Villa Suites and 2 Bedroom units include 1 space.  M3, M5, M7, C6, and C8 have 2 spaces allotted.  Penthouse Suite can accommodate up to 2 or 3 cars back-to-back in a private driveway.  Extra spaces may be available at $10/auto/night either onsite or in an overflow lot.  Larger/oversized vehicles may be directed to our secondary lot featuring larger parking spaces.

Q:  Is smoking permitted?

A:  All rooms/units and pool area are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed outside of units.  Maine recently passed a law making recreational Marijuana legal, it is not allowed anywhere on site.

Q:  When are pets welcomed? 

A:  Pets are welcomed in the off-season (Only before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend).  Not all units are pet friendly – please inquire to which are when booking.  Please ask about our Pet Policy and Fees.

Q: Do you have a pool and is it heated?

A: There is a large in-ground pool.  It is not heated.
