About Us

The Beach Villa was purchased in 2005 with a vision of offering a fun, family friendly, and budget minded vacation option. We wanted to focus on what we look for when vacationing: very clean and nicely renovated suites. Accommodations that feel more like your own "Summer place" than just another "hotel or motel room".

We set out to create a relaxed atmosphere with friendly management and staff - A place you would want to come back to year-after-year and make a family tradition. From our guests' feedback, we believe we're on the right track, and strive to continue the same outstanding customer service and physical improvements each and every year!
