Q:  What is in your kitchens?

A:  Every suite has a kitchen, and all kitchens have a full sized refrigerator, stove, sink, counter and cabinet space.  Microwave, coffee maker, toaster or toaster oven, all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. 

Q:  Do we need to bring bedding?

A:  All units include all bedding.

Q:  How many parking spots do we have?

A:  Most suites include 1 space.  10(M3), 15 (M5), 17 (M7), and Owner's Suites (8 & 9) have 2 spaces allotted.  Penthouse Suite can accommodate up to 3 cars back-to-back in a private driveway.  Extra spaces MAY be available at $15/auto/night either onsite or in an overflow lot. 

Q:  Is smoking permitted?

A:

In an effort to accommodate everyone's enjoyment here at the Beach Villa, we ask that you follow our smoking policy guidelines:

    • With the exception of a specifically designated smoking areas, the Beach Villa campus is NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING.
    • No smoking/vaping inside any room/suite, on or within 20 feet of porches and entrances, or at pool area.
    • There is NO Marijuana smoking/vaping anywhere on site.
    • Dispose of all cigarette butts in appropriate receptacles - Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Q:  When are pets welcomed? 

A:  Pets are welcomed prior to Memorial Day Weekend and after Labor Day Weekend only.  Not all units are pet friendly - please inquire to which are when booking.  Please see our Pet Policy and Fees.

Q: Do you have a pool and is it heated?

A: There is a large in-ground pool.  It is heated with an average daily temperature 80 degrees!
